A journey into the fluid nature of being.

For three days, we gather between water and earth to explore the intelligence of the body through movement, touch, dance, and shared presence.

Together we'll weave practices of Aquatic Dance, Somatic Movement, Contact Improvisation, Aguahara, and Movement Prayers, inviting us to reconnect with our innate fluidity, creativity, and the wisdom of nature.
